Lambeth Conference plans move forward

The Lambeth Conference Design Group, appointed by Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams, met April 16-20 to continue planning for the Lambeth Conference 2008, including conference structures, purposes, issues and program.

"We feel excited as we prepare through prayer and meditation on the time the bishops will spend together in July 2008," said Sir Ellison Pogo, Archbishop of Melanesia and chair of the Design Group.
